Packing superb, there was no leakage. Came with a poly wrap around the bottle. The pump will be locked when it arrives to avoid leakage, you need to unlock it first time to start using it. MRP is Rs.175 as mentioned on bottle however I got it for Rs.149 (sale price). This is best for dry skin people, it keeps skin hydrated after wash however I have super dry skin I need a light moisturizer after using face wash. This is my second bottle I love it, I've used cetaphil gentle face wash also, but I prefer good vibes rose hip for my dry skin. About texture-thick and fragrance-it has slight fragrance of rose which is not too strong, it gives fresh feeling and face is cleaned after one use itself.

Not quite happy with the purchase. Packaging is not good. Facewash was spilled inside the packet and even around the bottle. Should have done a good packaging so that thi la doesn’t happen.

Don't buy, its makes the skin darker and not give freshness after wash and if you have dry to normal and sensitive skin then don't use it. And after one month its smells like it is expired.

If you have dry skin like me and avoid fash wash because it makes the skin drier... so this is a nice product for you. you will not regret buying it it smells like rose (not an artificial one) and has a gel consistency. I use face wash just once a day in the night routine.
