Does this toy have a battery included? I bought this, have not open seal, but this toy does not play song and light.

Hi, Yes toy takes a battery and has a on/off switch. There is either a marked place where you slide the battery door open with your thumb or a small screw that you remove to lift open the battery door. Not sure the battery type but does require battery. First try the on/off switch.
