Not problems with installation, instructions clear, oven easy to operate

I had high hopes for the Midea 90x60cm Freestanding Ceramic Cooker, but it has been a frustrating experience. The first issue I noticed was the poor build quality. The stainless steel finish started showing stains and scratches within weeks of use, despite careful cleaning. The ceramic cooking zones take forever to heat up, and the heat distribution is uneven, making it difficult to cook properly. The multifunction oven is no better. The digital timer is confusing and unreliable—it’s turned off mid-bake multiple times, ruining meals. The dual convection fan doesn’t distribute heat evenly, leading to food cooking unevenly or burning on one side. The rotisserie is more of a gimmick than a useful feature; it’s flimsy and poorly designed. To make matters worse, the oven door doesn’t seal properly, letting heat escape, which wastes energy and prolongs cooking times. Customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for support, offering no solutions or replacement. For the price, I expected much better quality and performance. I regret this purchase and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Ordered this as a replacement oven. However at fitting, the 5 wire electric fitting was challenging for the installation team. So double check that your fitter understands how to fit this over before committing. The installation instructions do not include refernece to the wire colors - so this was an additional complexity for them. The oven was returned as a result.

Cooker was absolutely fine, very happy. After 14 months the oven and clock lost power one day. Private company are currently trying to repair but looks like it could be an issue with the electronics board so hopefully a replacement can be sought otherwise I'll have to buy a new oven. I would avoid buying this one again, spend a little extra and buy something like a Bosch cooker instead.

It comes with detached cable. First time i seen 5 wires for a plug. Apparently for industrial uses. It comes with instructions but easier if just buy from the store let them fix it for u

The stove is amazing but the vendor was horrible

this is the Newer Midea Electric Ceramic Cooker, and its working perfectly I have to try more stuff with it. bytheway this is my first time having a full Electric Ceramic Cooker/Oven .....before always Gas.
