Retrospec Lenox Hitch Mount Rack

GREAT CYCLE RACK WITH SOME DESIGN FLAWS. THE RACK IS STURDY AND OF GOOD QUALITY BUT THE TILT MECHANISM IS NOT OPTIMALLY DESIGNED. THERE IS A COUPLER PIN TO HOLD IT IN POSITION WHICH MAKES THE PROCESS NOT ERGONOMIC. INSTEAD, THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST USED PULLOUT QUICK RELEASE PIN FOR CONVENIENCE

Comparing to others, it's a good product and i gave 3 stars because the middle screw very hard to take it out and in... if i want to open the trunk...

Very good quality, reasonable price. It fits my toyota prado with back spear tire 2020 perfectly while there is decent space between the rack and the tire.Thank you

Product is ok but there’s a lot of damage regarding the paintwork plus one of the reflector lights is half hanging out.

I was skeptical of this bike rack as it is considerably less expensive than any other bike rack. We just took it on a 2,000 km road trip and had no problems whatsoever. The rack is easy to assemble, easy to use, and is as sturdy as any other bike rack. No complaints yet. Will update review if any issues arise.

I purchased the 5 bike model of this carrier hitch. It was around $120 when I picked it up. Its something I will use maybe 5 times a year, so I didn't want to break the bank. I have to say the quality is pretty solid. I'm amazed the can offer this for the price they do. I read a review where the customer's bike fell off on the highway ?!? Because of this, the first time I used it I threw an extra bungee cord or two of my own around the 5 bikes I racked... but the provided straps held tight so I haven't bothered since. Perhaps if you have a $5000 bike you may want to spend a bit more on a carrier? but I don't see how a $1000 carrier can be that much better than this one.

We purchased this rack to be able to carry 5 bikes on a camping trip with 3 grandsons. After a short leg of about 150 km one of the support arms had bent down so for the next leg we reduced to 4 bikes on the rack, but both support arms bent down significantly. For our final leg we reduced the load to 3 bikes and removed all front wheels and seats to keep the weight down and made it home. I won't be using this rack again.

Very good bycicle carrier. We use it extensively. Usually for 3 bicycles but also for 4 and 5 occasionally and we have never had any issues. Bicycles are holding in place well. It is also very quick to mount and dismount whenever needed. It has the option also to be tilted to open your boot, which can be easily done when it is empty. But I tried it once with 5 bicycles mounted and it was very difficult to put it back straight simply due to bicycles weight. Overall I highly recommend this carrier, very good value for money.

Great product, holds my bike well and keeps it sturdy. It's easy to fold down with the pin to access my trunk.
