Poor welding on Wilson ball hopper
One of the horizontal bars that holds the ends of one handle came off after 4 months of use. The Wilson Company agreed to replace it but a replacement hopper was out of stock for two months. They did not contact me when the product was in stock. I had to keep checking the website myself. The problem has not been resolved!! I finally discovered the hopper was in stock myself. I tried to order the replacement with the warranty code. I was to pay the shipping but their online system would not take either of my credit cards. (the same card I used to purchase hopper, pay my JC Penny bill, buy groceries every week at Walmart did not work)I have spent 2 hours and talked to 5 different CS reps and still have NOT been able to enter a warranty replacement order for my Wilson ball hopper that broke. They are charging me shipping and their online system will not complete my order. Per the customer service reps I tried:used a different credit cardchanged browserscleared cookiesused a different computerwrote my name in all caps and regularAll CS reps were polite but it has been a week since I tried to use my warranty code and the issue still is not resolved. I asked them to send the hopper to me shipping collect but no response!
