With this and a few videos on the subject you're good to go. Years ago I wiped out an ankle doing something stupid! The doctors did a great job of bolting it back together. But after a long day the ankle often becomes very uncomfortable. Before I would normally put on my Bauerfeind but now the strap is my go to pain killer. I know that it will never stop hurting permanently but I'm amazed how a 2-3 minute wrap stops all pain and it last quite awhile. Repeat as required ;)

I have used the original voodoo bands for years so I was skeptical of an off brand. I know how these should feel so when i finally got to use it i was happy the tension strength and quality of the material feels similar. My only gripe is the oil they put to protect the material was horribly done and was only touching bits and pieces of it. the real problem with how it was applied is the oil was globed up so thick in areas i needed to heavily clean the bands off multiple times because it was like cleaning motor oil off the bands. value wise this was a good buy regardless and i would recommend this product if you are knowledgeable with this tool.
