Slow to deliver since this comes from outside UAE, but works as expected. Seems to be original. Of course i am not doing a scientific test of the water pre and post filter, but it does seem to filter out smells and tastes (for some weeks before this came, we ran out brita jug without any filter, and it was picking up smells like onion, etc from the air in the fridge, and after we installed the new one, the water 100% has no foriegn smell/taste anymore)

I am really glad about this product. It does what it is supposed to, very well.

The longlast filters slow down or stop working after a few days of use. This was the second time purchasing as I thought my first set were just faulty however it'd seem theres a fault in the design. I researched how to fix them (put them in a bowl of water, if they float, there's air bubbles inside, give it a tap upside down) however this didn't work for me. The white filters (last 2 months) consistently work and I'd recommend those instead. Downside, More filters means more waste and I'm not sure these are recyclable.

Excellent filters fits my Brita 18 Cup UltraMax Water Dispenser with XL Lovely clean drinking water. They seem genuine and work very well. Easy to use and replace old one. Easy to install and reduces frequency of filter change.

This is one of the times that buying the upgrade isn't frivolous. This filter is phenomenal. When you first use it, the water filters quite fast. But when it's near the 6-month mark and you need to replace it, it slows down significantly. I know that sounds silly (or annoying) but I always had filters that went at the same speed regardless of term-of-use. In other words, you know that it is still working hard by the end of the efficacy cycle. Alright, I am no scientist so that is all my assumption. Most important is the taste! I have literally never tasted better water. When I first moved back to Chicago, I thought the tap water was alright as far as taste. Then I got this Brita filter. Oh. My. Gosh. It's insanely delightful and refreshing!

Utilizo un filtro de agua de una marca reconocida, el cual usa 3 tipos de filtros. El agua sabe un poco a cloro por el funcionamiento del tercer filtro. Debido a esto compré la jarra y filtros Brita y el sabor del agua ha mejorado mucho. Me animé a comprar la caja de varios filtros.

These are great water filters much better than the generic brands. You do have to rinse them pretty good because you get sediment. After that, they work good and water taste great. They are expensive though.
