Sabrent 3.5mm Headset Splitter Adapter Cable for headsets with Separate Headphone/Microphone Plugs (CB-AUHM)

This adapter does the job it is meant for. However, make sure phone your headphone jack is a 2 ring 3.5mm pin, same goes for mic. I tried my mic with a 3 ring pin and it didn't work, when I used a 2-ring adapter for it, it worked perfectly fine.Why I am giving 5 stars is because of the customer service from Sabrent, even for such a small and cheap item, to explain to me how best to use this. I didn't know Sabrent before, but at least now I know I can trust their products to some extent.

Its definitely not for smartphones as I tried it on my iPhone 10 and Samsung S9+ and it did not work. Going by the other similar reviews, this looks like a scam.

Splitter works perfectly with my iPad I can use my separate microphone.Highly recommended for external mic or input.
