Imaginative recipes, constructed in a way where you can dabble with bites, appetizers, mains etc or go all in to create a your own menu for the evening. The restaurant is wonderful and so is this cookbook. Excited to try some of the dishes on my own and inspired to get out of my comfort zone!

I just received this cookbook and already love reading it. It is not your ordinary cook book. There is so much to learn about the authors and awesome chefs, Evan and Sarah. The recipes are easy to follow and have so much detail. I cannot wait to make some of them as they all sound so delicious. If you ever have been to their restaurant, this is a must!

I expected more, particularly considering the hype surrounding their pasta. No stuffed pasta, unless you consider cannelloni as such, and no interesting unstuffed shapes; all your typically straight cut noodles. Nothing in the other sections really jumped out at me that made me want to cook it. Pictures were nice.

Really great buy. Approachable recipes for the home cook and some for the more adventurous. Exciting flavor combinations. A must buy for anyone interested in healthy, seasonal new Californian food.
