My wife and I try to increase our protein intake in our diet, and this is a very good choice for active people. Easy to make cocktails. Once upon a time, I trained and used many different protein powders, during which period it became impossible for me to drink it, I felt this tinge in every product, even in protein bars. This product is not an exception , BUT I can drink it!!! while other mixts I don't even want to swallow. And the main reason for the choice was the ingredients of the product, good ingredients without sugar and artificial supplements.

Takes alot of stirring to disolve and it is a little too sweet.

Gonna be brutally honest here. Every other protein powder I've tried comes rocketing out of me a couple hours later. This kind doesn't bother me at all, so I keep buying it!
