OK really what's in these cause they work incredibly fast and 100% as stated.. Was a nice surprise to actually feel a supplement work! My body must of needed whatever is in this. I've only taken it for 5 days and really do feel amazing. I will say I've been so tired and just worn out dragging and had a UTI that took alot out of me. These don't make me feel like I've had a energy drink which I don't like or extra coffee ..No fast beating heart. Just more relaxed and feel awake .I take it in the morning and let it melt under my tongue. The taste is fine. it makes me feel great mainly all day I would say around 8 hours at least. So thankful to find these. Please don't change them.

These are great tasting and give you a little pick me up. My son is 17 has always hated pills so these are great for adults who still hate swallowing a pill.

These worked wonders for me. They give me energy/quel anxiety without an rx--dont have to swallow huge pills. Dissolves in about a minute.

When I took this on the first day, I had just gotten up and was really tired, but they helped wake me up and made me alert which was helpful for my trip to the store. I've been taking them for about four days now and I'd say my memory, mood, and energy are all improved, just like it said it would on the bottle. They're also really tasty and make me wish I could eat them like a candy, haha. I'll update my review in a few weeks about how they're working for me in the long run, but so far I'm pleased.

I'm going through withdrawals from taking 6 months of escitalopran oxalate. I was on a 20mg/day dose, to treat severe anxiety and depression. The withdrawal effects have been for me heavy dizziness, weakness, irritability, mild body aches, and some focus/memory issues. I didn't want to stop taking the medication abruptly but it wasn't my choice, I'm supposed to get my refill next month (in June). I almost immediately bought this supplement, along with another, (natural herbs, helping to balance the brain chemicals). Not miraculous but I like that it was affordable, didn't cause undesirable side effects, and MOST OF ALL, helped balance the chemicals in my brain (along with that other natural supplement I've been taking). I'm taking one of them in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Significant results that have been worth every penny. Considering not getting back to my other medication. I get about the same results with those 2 supplements now anyway (!!!) minus the physical dependence and tied withdrawals! Wanting to keep on using this for now, do some exercise and just... Try to find more natural ways to deal with my anxiety and depression; and in the meantime, will keep on using this.

These are a game changer! I hate taking vitamins, even knowing how much they keep us healthy. These are so easy and taste great. But the really profound thing about these is how much of a difference they made on my mood. I subscribed to these because I love subscribe and save, however I skip items every now and then if I don’t think I need more yet. I made the mistake of running out of these for about a week. Holy Batman, I noticed a difference the next day. I was grumpy, irritable, etc... not fun to be around. I thought maybe it was a bad day and the next day started feeling tired and just gloomy. Realized I hadn’t been taking these after a few days and made sure I bumped my next order up so I could see if there was any correlation between my mood and these little guys. Sure enough a few days after I got my order, I felt more energized and less irritable. I don’t think it’s placebo either because my family also noticed and I didn’t tell them about these. I never realized how big of a difference vitamin B can make but I’m not going without these babies again! These also have biotin too which probably explains why my hairdresser was commenting on how fast my hair was growing (it’s usually very very slow) ... overall I can’t say enough great things about these.
