Very bad product and service
Not working, replacement was out for delivery and delivered shown but I did not get parcel. Even complaint but no response.

Reviewing after two months of usage. Packaging by seller: The package was open when I received it. But there were no damages. Probably someone opened to check its contents. There was also a warranty card with the seal of the seller. Product quality: The overall product quality is good. I'm using it to connect three of my laptops (one at a time) to my old PS2 keyboard and mouse. I switch the usb end between different laptops and it works fine without problems. However very rarely, I feel a slight lag in my mouse click. Overall very satisfied with this product. Without this product, I would have ended up buying a new usb keyboard which costs at least around 700 - 1000 INR with features equivalent to my PS2 keyboard.
