Perfect size and lightweight
Perfect size and lightweight. Not very sharp delivered but easy to sharpen. Great looking and useful knife at the price point. I bought my brother one after I got mine

Poor Craftsmanship and poor durability
I love the look and feel of the knife, but I don't ever use it or carry it! Why? The screws NEVER stay tight...never! I've lost 2 screws - and when I say "lost" I mean they came loose, fell out, and disappeared - and have had to tighten and re-tighten all the screws remaining at least monthly if not more! Of the three screws that went the way of socks in the washer, one was from the clip and two were from the scales. I can understand the one on the clip becoming loose, it see a lot of stress in my daily life; I'm constantly taking it in and out of my pocket to thwart potential kidnappings and fight chipmunks. The other missing screw is on the scale and a little more difficult to explain. I'm not sure how they disappeared. It's not like I removed them to fix the launch button on a missile guidance system; I used the screws on my Benchmade knife for that. Heck, I even re-tightened them when the one on the clip went missing. Making the clip a little wobbly and iffy. I did find a similar screw on another pocket knife and used that to "secure" the clip, but it's ill fitting and the clip still moves side-to-side. For this reason, I haven't carried or used the knife for almost 2 years. I re-tightened the screws Sunday night after I found the knife in my "useless stuff drawer" and decided to give it another chance. The next day, I clipped the knife in my pocket and went back to fighting chipmunks...they know why. The final straw was the thumb stud screws used to open the blade. They were in my pocket last night. They fell out! I don't know what I'm doing differently than the average chipmunk fighting, kidnap thwarting, missile guidance system fixing guy. I checked into the warranty and they want $14.95 for me to send it in and then I read that missing screws are a maintenance issues and not covered by warranty! Well that's nice for them. Make a knife with ill fitting screws and when they go missing, not only are the not covered, it's $9.99 for replacement screws! What's more is the thumb set/open screws are an additional $9.99. To fix my $23 knife, I need to spend $20-$30 (depending on whether the screws are sold individually or you get a set for the $9.99)...no thanks! It would have been smart for me (or Boker) to add Locktite to the screws, but really? Should I have to make improvements to a product just to use it? Plus, I thought of that only after I found the thumb stud screws in my pocket last night. Honestly, my my knife wielding, chipmunk fighting, kidnap thwarting days are behind me and I mostly sit as a computer, so I'm not sure what causes all the screws to come loose and for two to completely fall out; more if you count the thumb stud (which, by the way, is my nickname...I was the hand model for the emoji creative artist). I'm done with Boker; it's a shame because the knife has a good feel, the blade holds an edge, and it just looks great. Back to the "useless stuff" drawer along side medicine for my chia pet (it still died), my Afghanistany made afghan (it's too hot), and my Amish made tablet (I thought it'd be good but turns out they know tables but not tablets).

OK but not great, YES you can find better for the same money.
I'm a huge fan of boker knives, I own several high end boker's worth several hundred dollars each and a couple of boker plus knives which are their middle of the range offerings also lovely knives. most of these i purchased in Germany and the Netherlands prior to moving to the states. I needed a cheaper everyday knife that i wasn't worried about giving some abuse or losing. i saw these cheap Boker Magnums and knowing boker quality though it must be worth a shot. my general criteria for an every day cheap knife is something functional hard wearing and so cheap i don't mind loaning it to someone who is not a regular knife user or respectful of knives and may abuse it. now in my eyes boker is a premium brand knife, i know this is their ultra cheap range and it only cost $20 rather than £100+ but it just doesn't feel like a boker! It feels cheap and slightly nasty like a cheap no brand Chinese knife (yes im aware it is actually made in china). I accept the fact that a cheap branded Chinese knife isn't going to be as nice as a hand made German knife but my real issue is companies like buck also make cheaper knives in china and their low end cheap knives feel massively superior to what boker is offering here. boker really needs to step up the quality control or quit trying to compete in the low end bargain basement segment. obvious problems straight out the box. 1. the blade was dull, i expect paper splitting hair shaving sharp out the box even on a $20 knife. 2. the wood used is raw with no clear coat or oil protection. 3. the wood is very soft and showed some marks in the surface that got past factory qc (the box was sealed on arrival so its not supplier damage its a factory issue) 4. the drill holes in the wood were very rough like they had been cut with a blunt tool 5 the provided torx tool has weird rounded ends so it doesnt actually work, the ends are not damaged they are just poorly made (i ground the ends down a little to remove the rounded tips and it become functional). 6 the lock doesnt feel positive when it engages 7 the blade opening action is a little rough although not horrible 8 the blade is off center in the frame when closed. All that said it is a $20 knife! should i expect more maybe yes maybe no. what i do know is there are better $20 knives out there. things i like 1 the blade steel is 440b which is a nice grade for $20! 2 the blade took a very nice edge when properly sharpened and i suspect durability will be good due to the steel grade if its been hardened correctly. 3 the knife feels nice in the hand during use. 4 it comes in a nice steel gift box. scraping the barrel for positive comments here :-) All in all its not a horrible useless knife but at the same time its not a great knife! I got my wife a Buck Bantam for $18 it truly is a great knife! Good blade, fantastic rigid frame, smooth action and excellent locking mechanism. Simply put its massively superior to this poor mans boker. I'm not going to send the boker back but chances are it will end up living in a draw and i will just go buy another Bantam for everyday use, i own more knives than i care to disclose collected over many years and i haven't found a better bargain bucket everyday knife than the buck!
