Received today. Plugged it into the xbox and it was recognized right away. Popped in my USB drive and transferred my content over. No issues so far...Hopefully none at all!

The console was able to see the HDD when inserted. Installed games onto the console too. But while playing a game, the Xbox froze and when it restarted, Error E68 was presented and HDD doesn’t work anymore. Don’t waste your time and money with cheap storage. Just buy a used original one.

I only gave it 3 stars because the service was good. the harddrive stopped working and corrupted my saves that I made on the harddrive and I don't know why that happened so I returned it. It was kind of my fault because I did remove the harddrive occasionally. if you buy this I'd suggest to never take the harddrive out and it would work perfectly fine. they had very good service, payed for the shipping and refunded all my money back, over all the product is okay, just once you put it in your Xbox, never take it out

Would give zero if possible, hard drive was corrupted out of the box.
