PRO Yoga Mat – Premium 6mm Thick Mat, Eco Friendly, High Performance Grip, Ultra Dense Cushioning for Support and Stability in Yoga, Pilates, Gym and Any General Fitness

I’m 95kg and need something to support my weight when I put my knee down and that won’t stretch on the floor like a rubber band when I do down dog. This mat is solid and great for someone tall in the XL size.

The surface is v slippery. Not worth buying

A yoga mat that a must have for me! It’s slippery when sweaty but this is still the mat that can give me a perfect cushion for my joints. Very durable as it claims and I have another one in odyssey color as well as pro-lite version. Manduka PRO is still my first choice of yoga mat for my practice. Sturdy, perfect cushion, no peeling, low maintenance (easy to clean). I think this is really number 1 yoga and any other exercise mat to consider. The only cons are slippery when it’s wet and heavy. May not suitable to carry around.

After using many different kinds of yoga mats over the years, and all of them disappointing me in several ways, like my yoga mats retaining ugly stains despite thorough washing, the foam chipping from regular use, sliding on the floor, or buckling in postures like downward dog, I can honestly say, "I TRULY LOVE MY MANDUKA PRO YOGA MAT!!!" Seeing as the quality is incredible and nothing like the others I used to have, I'm sure that it will last me a lifetime; while it seems pricey to spend almost $200 on a mat, it will therefore cost me only around $5.00/year. It also won't make its way to landfill like my other mats unfortunately have. I love that it's extra long - I purchased the 85" version since I'm 5'-10" - finally a mat that's long enough for me! The colour is great too - a beautiful burgundy that helps me feel grounded and looks good on my medium toned wooden floor. It is a heavier mat, and not one I'd want to transport to and from classes, but Manduka sells lighter, durable mats for that purpose. This one stays with me at home. One of my best investments in 2021. I'm a very happy customer. :)

I’ve had manduka pros my whole yoga life. They have stood the test of time and the elements, as I’ve kept my mats in the backyard in all conditions. They are still beautiful, bouncy and incredible almost 10 years later. Decided to treat myself to a new one that I vowed to only use for indoor yoga. These aren’t cheap. But was super disappointed that they are not like the older versions. Super slippery, not as heavy duty. Not worth $200 in my opinion. Wondering if it’s even a real manduka mat.
