Does anyone know if its possible to request missing pieces im missing three and i have two extra pieces

Mine came with a postcard to request missing pieces but it is Japanese and I think can only be sent within Japan.

Can i use reguler puzzle glue on this?

Unless it dried clear I wouldn't use it. Besides these stay together really tightly.
