Easy to take but have to remember to take before breakfast... natural product vegan ..my blood results last week were impressive so I recommend it...only thing it's not enough in the bottle for taking 2 daily and price is not cheap for long term..good stuff!!

Advertised K2 amount differs from actual
I bought this because the picture of the bottle, in the advert, said it contains 200ug of K2 per serving. But the actual bottle I received says 100ug of K2 per serving. Is that legal? Needless to say, if I had known, I would not have bought it.

Vitamin D3 nice product organic and plant based
I have been using these for a while now. It always to better to take vitamin D3 with K2. Will keep ordering them as they are plant based and organic.
