Put a bottle cage anywhere!
This bottle cage mount adapter has become a game-changer for my biking adventures. It grants me the flexibility to position a bottle cage anywhere on my bike, allowing for convenient access to hydration. I personally opted to attach the bottle cage to my fork, and I'm delighted to report that it remains secure even during bumpy rides. The adapter's sturdy construction and reliable grip ensure that the bottle cage stays firmly in place, eliminating any concerns of it becoming dislodged. This versatile accessory opens up a world of possibilities for customizing the placement of essential items on my bike, enhancing both convenience and functionality.

Good product for mounting anything racks on forks
Mounts seem to be durable, easy to install and will work well for my Gorix anything cages mounted on front forks of mountain bike. I will be using 3 mounts per cage to give more points of contact and security over rough terrain. As stated in the poor reviews, screws are tight but do go all the way down and tightly secures cage to mount.

Great product, but keep in mind this is designed for round tubes.
I bought these to mount a bottle cage on the top tube of my Diamondback Century 4 Carbon. While they are extremely nice and seem to be very high quality, I'm a little bummed they are only offered with a pad that is obviously designed for a round tube. Knowing the increasing popularity of carbon frames, I'm surprised they don't offer an alternative shape that works better with carbon frames. The to tube of my carbon frame is flat on top, so these only grab on the very edges, and the middle arch is completely unused. Surprisingly, it still holds pretty snug from my limited rides with it thus far, which is why I'm still giving it four stars...but it does look a bit out of place and not totally custom with having the goofy arches which just further raise the cage off the top tube. If I get brave I may try to remove the grip pads and shave down the plastic to better match the contour of my bike, but for now I'll leave it as is.

Way better than expected!
I bought this as a last resort for my e-bike as the battery mount and frame configuration prevented my from using other bolt-on solutions. So I ordered this thinking it would probably be less than ideal, especially because the tube I needed to attach to is rectangular rather than round.Well after 6 months of daily use it has worked remarkably well. It holds securely and I have not adjusted or tightened it at all. It is possible to move the bottle/mount somewhat with your hands, but it doesn't move while riding. I have not used this mount off-road.Bottom line, it's definitely worth a try if you don't have other options. Worked much better for me than I expected.

Works quite well
I had my doubts on this product. After first use they all were elevated. Great item. Super cheap and has held up very well to lots of daily abuse. I ride 30 miles at the min per day on my Ebike to commute to work. This has a full cup of coffee on it at all times and works amazing. Holds perfect to lot of weight but just enough give it u to kick it or hit on accident it can shift slight amount keeping it from breaking. Plan to get 2 more for the other Ebikes now. Excellent solution to all the new Ebikes coming with no spot capable of accepting a bottle mount.

Clever design but I received a used/returned product
Many lower priced bikes, including some models made by Electra, lack water bottle cage mounts. The SKS mount seemed to me to be a sensible way to attach a water bottle mount anywhere on the frame where it was convenient to install one. Your water bottle cage attaches to each strap individually with screws supplied by SKS. (Some cages mauy not work because the screws are too long.) The velcro straps appear to hold the bottle and cage securely in position although I haven't tested them yet on bumpy roads. The straps are probably long enough to attach to a 2 inch frame tube. If your preferred location is on a more typical 1-1.5 inch tube you will want to cut off the excess strap since otherwise it will flap in the wind. However, it is obvious that the mount I received was a used or recycled product. The mount pieces themselves did not seem to have been damaged, but the card on which they arrived was dog-eared and had multiple creases; perhaps the previous customer let his dog chew on it for a while before he returned it! Needless to say, I would not trust or rely on this vendor again!

Better than Silicon versions
I returned a competitive product made from silicon. The bands stretched and twisted and I am certain would have snapped during use. This product securely attached an extra bottle to my top bar and does not torque or twist when removing a side load water bottle from a Specialized bottle cage. The straps are very long so I had to cut. So be sure of where you want to mount before cutting!

Bottle cage tool kit on the seatpost success!
Pro: Incredibly simple installation. Took 3 minutes to secure to the bike. It sits with plenty of room underneath the saddle. The bottle cage doesn't wiggle in the mount. Now I can carry two water bottles for the long rides. I don't like the look of the standard rear saddle bag so I carry the bottle cage tool kit.Con: During the ride the whole set up can slip right to left on the carbon seatpost. I'll probably try a thin piece of grip tape or rubber in between the post and straps. It wasn't a significant issue but on rough asphalt it did slide around a bit.Very pleased overall. Exactly what I needed the attachment to do.
