To give you an idea of the size of this phone, its the same size as the galaxy S7 and weighing 2g less. Its alot of screen for not alot of phone, perfect if you dont like big heavy phones but want a decent sized screen. Battery life so far has been great. it was at 82% iv set the phone up how i like it going through all the settings, had 2 updates one was quite large (over 1gb) Downloaded, set up and used a few apps, got up this morning and used some more apps and played around with some more settings and as i write this its at 45%. The speakers are very loud and sound good quality. The Camera is awesome with its ultra wide angle lens getting alot more in the frame. You can video in ultra wide angle too which i think will be very useful. I have not been able to find a way of lowering the resolution of the camera for photos like you are able to on other samsungs. its on full 12mp but you can change its ratio from 4:3 to 16:9 and 1:1. Im sure there must be a way as full 12mp uses over 3mb a shot which ok it comes with 128gb of storage so thats alot even at 12mp but i still think you should be able to change this resolution. it takes upto 512gb micro sd card or you can use a second sim card instead. This has the same processor in as the S10 and S10+ so its very fast and iv not noticed any slow downs. The finger print reader is on the power button on the right hand side. You can choose to make it read your print when you press the power button or you can have it so it reads your print when you lightly touch your finger on it which is good depending on your preference or if you have a protective case on and one way works better than the other. Im glad Samsung has decided to keep the 3.5mm headphone jack and not ditched it like Apple iphones as this is very hand to have. The sound quality from the ear phones is superb. Lastly the phone comes with a screen protector already on so no need to be buying one.

Likes...I prefer the flat screen and the clarity is fine with good colours, especially in view of the price. The fingerprint scanner is excellent with instant readout. Very occasionally have to wipe my thumb tto make it work. Camera very good and sensible in keeping the wide angle lens and ditching the telephoto option. Not liked so much....Samsung sound has always been average and still is. But use headphones and all is well. Phone tends to open lock screen page when kept in my shirt breast pocket. That is annoying and haven't solved yet. But overall a nice value for money mobile.

Hi recieved this but, the box was sealed and plastic wrapped. But to my shock the phone has cosmetic defects and damage. 1. Small chip on the bottom 2. Screen has damage pixel area 3. Charging port and headphone jack is dusty 4. Charger is all scratched up/crusty dirt on it and very tight It is evident I was sent a USED and damaged device when it is advertised as new. I am so disappointed. I am in the process of setting it up for my elderly ill father, this is not what I expected. I bought this as i read the good reviews. I have attached pictures. Sending this back.

The phone is compact, easy to use and has a decent camera (once I adjusted the display to suit my eyes). The only issue with this phone is the battery. It drains rapidly and in my experience lasts around 12 hours. I'm not even a heavy user of the phone. The Samsung website ssays that battery drain is common in the first two weeks. I'm now two weeks plus and haven't seen much of an improvement. I'm thinking about getting the battery repaired, but seeing as other reviews report battery issues, I'm not sure it's worth it. I will keep the phone and hope that the battery some how improves in time.
