AIIR Texture Styling Spray - Volumizing Dry Spray for Lift, Light Hold, and Fine Thin Hair - 7 oz

I really really like this texturizer! In general I avoid hairspray or texturizer because they all seem to make my hair feel rather dry and sticky. However sometimes it is necessary to have a little hold (for me, it’s hot humid weather when I want some extra hold) for certain hairstyles. I mainly purchased this because it said “mica” and light hold. Sadly there is no visible glitter (which is what I wanted) BUT it does provide a nice subtle shine to the hair which really helps combat the yucky matte flat look of most products like this, so I did appreciate that. What I liked the most is that it really did help hold the soft waves from a curling iron, despite being hot and sweaty in humid conditions. It wasn’t sticky and my hair still had movement and felt soft. It held ALL day! But when I woke up the next morning and brushed my hair there was NO lingering residue or stiffness. I was able to brush my hair and restyle without feeling like I ever had sprayed it on. Which is perfect for me; I avoid hairspray and texturizers because I hate how it feels the next day and always feel like I need to wash it out. Since I don’t wash my hair daily (it’s way too dry if I do) I avoid that stuff. So this stuff is a game changer for me! I’m surprised I loved it because I really wanted some glittery shimmer and didn’t get that, but I might like it more just having that subtle shine. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!

I bought this product because it was the only dry texture spray that came in travel size. I usually use Milbon. I took it with me to South Africa, Scotland and trips in the USA. I am now nearly out and looking to buy a full size and travel size when my Milbon runs out. It is easy to use and does not negatively affect my color treated hair. It helps with frizziness and makes my hair look fuller.

I was introduced to this product by my hair stylist. I have thin but coil curls that don't really produce much volume. This def helped with that !! I spray curls after I have already styled with my R & CO Twisted Primer, then hit it with diffusor. Once all moisture is out of my hair I will spray the roots and continue to add heat as I lift curls from from the root with my pic...it gives great texture to my fine hair without creating frizz. Product is lightweight and no white flakes or sticky hold. The scent is also very refreshing and I will use it midweek to freshen up curls.

I do like that it created texture and volume the only downside is it doesn't last. For the price I was expecting more.

These shirts are fantastic. Super comfortable and look sleek. I bought the black and royal blue for myself, because who doesn't love a woman wearing a mans button down, collar flipped up, a button or two undone showing just a bit of sun kissed dècolletè. These are a winner!!

Holds my curls for days!

When compared to other texturing products, I can't honesty give this brand more that 3 stars. The bottle is very small and doesn't do much in the way of volume. I do have to admit that it smells nice. I wouldn't repurchase as the price is high for such a small can, and it just doesn't perform as well as similar priced sprays containing much more product.
