Is this set made in the USA?

If you still have the box you can tell by the first numbers of the barcode (China is assigned numbers 690 thru 695.

Are these really made in the USA? including the stainless steel?

NO they are made in China. It clearly states on the bottom of the box. However, they are heavy stainless steel and appear to be very well made. I am happy with the quality.

Do they have partial measurement markings on the insides of the cups?

Yea they do. This is just another plus for this great set of measuring cups. Wish I had purchased them a long time ago!!!

What is the diagonal length across the top of the largest cup?

3 5/8 inch across cup. 5 1/4 inch including the handle.
