Not a lot to say about this because it fits perfectly. It is the same as the original filter that came with the machine. It is great to have a spare so one can be drying while one is in use.It takes up to 3 days to dry depending on the temperature so having a spare makes keeping up my cleaning easy. Because the filters are under $10 I can have the luxury of the extra or to even throw one away if needed as I did when we had a bathroom leak that caused mold dust and drywall dust to go everywhere. It was nice to be able to toss that filter so we didn't have to worry about spreading mold spores through the house after clean up.

The original filter on my Dirt Devil says it's rinsable/washable, but after a while, it just begins to smell like musty vacuum no matter how often it's washed. I've had my vacuum a year and this was a nice, simple replacement for an affordable price that solved any vacuum odor I've had.

It the right one for dirt devil. It’s not at the installation had any real difficulty, it’s more so too many moving parts to a vacuum cleaner. And personally washing a filter just seems wrong. Next stoop Hoover.

I change out my filter every other use. I Purchased multiples of these so I can always have a clean, dry filter. These are exactly like the filter that came with my machine and were less expensive than the website. I will purchase more, if necessary, without hesitation.

I was a little hesitant when I received the filter because it seemed like the sleeve on it was loose, but I figured I was just over thinking it. So I replaced my current filter with the one I bought from here ( yes, same type & model #) and after 5 minutes of using my vacuum with the new filter it lost all suction. I tried putting the old filter back on & still nothing.This filter I purchased from here some how internally damaged my vacuum permanently. Very frustrating.
