New Review- The seller contacted me and made sure that the bad product was replaced (did not expect that at all). They were very helpful and understanding of my schedule and were very persistent at making sure the problem was fixed! I bought another radio for my vehicle due to the Support they offer. IF anything is wrong i believe they will have someone contact you for steps on how to fix or if that fails replace it. Thank you for your awesome support! **OLD** 2 star review- I purchases 2 of these in February, 1 is still working (low volume). The other is now broke- the screen for 2 days would turn on and off making a popping noise come from my speakers. After the 2 days it now doesn't turn in. I've tried re doing the harness to radio connections and still won't turn on, doubled checked all fuses and power with volt meter- it's getting the power... 6 months of use...

The unit not coming with gps maps for US america and dont let you do download the maps, i open account on here wego, and just collect my personal information, the app wont install maps on unit. The mirror link dont work at all. piece off a garbage, for vehicles just the radio works and functional the rest the apps is a work less with out internet signal.....dont buy.

App software isn't compatible with newest Android but it looks cool. I cut it into the dash on an 84 F-150 and it looks great Speed and map seem to work. Blue tooth works well. Hard to beat for the price. Wish I could customize the "car" icon to a truck, but it's alright. Pretty simple operation and easy installation (except I cut up my dash to do mine, most people won't need to do that)

I see a lot of odd bad reviews that just sound bizzare. I’ve done a couple of these android stereos now, and they’re no harder to properly install than any other aftermarket radio. It’s very DIY friendly with the right aftermarket radio harness, but you have to take your time and check your work as a misplaced wire can cause bad audio, lighting issues, etc. - probably why there’s a lot of bad reviews. I had a smaller double din android unit in my daily driver for a couple years now, so I got this one for my other car. They’re all pretty much the same, and they’re all android tablets, so people with android experience can do crazy stuff with these things. This thing gets 5 stars for humiliating modern car stereos from the factory at 100$ a pop, but I’ll update if has any issues in a short amount of time.

Screen is crisp and clear. Sound is awesome. Product responds quickly and easy to operate. Installation is a little tricky depending on your car, but customer service is very helpful and extremely quick with correct answers. Price is incredible as well
