This cage fits great on the ZV-1 and it allows for easy access to the battery compartment. It easily attaches to my tripod and feels pretty good in my hand. Solid metal cage definitely adds a bit of protection to the front and sides of the camera. Order a wristband and your ZV-1 will be well protected.

Fits perfect with the Sony v1 camera. Great small rig. Great traveling.

This cage fit my Sony ZV-1 like a glove. Plenty of 1/4” holes to attach accessories and tripods. Cutout for battery and SD card in bottom fit perfectly, allowing you to remove battery or SD card without removing cage. My only complaint is a minor one…the screws on the wooden handle loosened up after about a week (could be the lack of humidity in my area) causing the handle to wiggle and rattle a little bit. Removing the screws and putting a little bit of thread lock on them seemed to resolve the issue. I didn’t want that rattling to possibly transfer into my video recordings. Super high quality cage and would highly recommend.
