Excellent food, but when dates are proper to be consumed. Best by" dates and expiration dates are not synonymous. An expiration date denotes when the ingredients in the food may have started to spoil. A "best by" date, on the other hand, is the date on which a pet food item isn't as nutritionally complete as the label may say. Check the packet properly whenever you are receiving it, to avoid to be fooled!

梱包ダンボールを開けてみたらドッグフードの包装紙のセンターが10cmほどカッターナイフの亀裂があった。食品なので異物混入の心配があり返品交換しようとしたが「返品受付センターではこの商品のお手続きを承れません」。返品ポリシーを見ると出品者に問合せするようにとの事。しかし、その出品者に連絡する方法の案内がいい加減で返品交換の手続きが取れず、結局諦めざるを得なかった。

大手商業施設イ◯ンで購入した際は、粒はこげ茶で周りに細かな粉が全体的に付着していませんでした。今回購入したショップはそうした。購入するショップ、賞味期限が近い理由でバラ付きがあるようです。安さ、ポイント還元率だけを見て購入するのはやめます。定価近くても安心安全でフレッシュなショップを選ぶようにしたいです。

Jury is out on this one. The dog seems to love it but since changing to this food she’s eating tissues again and seems hungry all the time!!! She also seems somewhat giddy is the only way I can describe it. Like she’s a pup again but she’s not she’s 10!!! Poos seem firm on it and smell ok. Her breath smells of fish now and the product it’s self is very fishy which is a bit off putting. The product arrived ripped and I had to send it back - second bag arrived in no amazon box but thankfully not ripped
