Understand Bach Flower Essences before purchase
I am replacing an essence in my kit. Bach Flower Essence is an energy healing system working with individual emotional energy bodies. You should have the scan and the total flower essence kit for healing use. Essences do not treat physical symptoms. If you dont understand this post Bach Flower Essences would not be useful for you.

Not sure what it's supposed to really do or what it's really for other than grief?
I guess it's good, there's not many descriptions on what water violet actually is or does, all I know is my naturopath recommended it for grief, it makes me feel relaxed. My husband likes it also.

I’m honestly amazed with the two that I purchased. I’ve been doing homeopathic things for years and it normally takes quite a while for me to see results – the two bottles that I purchased, water Violet for my husband, and Beech for my son got instant an amazing results.
