Poor Quality

A bit nosy but I don't mind that much. Worked well for 6 months and is now showing the led white as it's working but not delivering any water or even making any noise. Really strange.

Actually it was ok in the beginning, and I was using smoothly. But after 2 months when I would like to charge it again it has stopped working suddenly. Also 2 months ago I have purchased it at 100AED while it is at 40 AED range… I don’t recommend it..

After 7.5 months, the product stopped working. I thought, in the beginning, it needed charging. I charged it but it was still not working.

I gave it five stars because I really liked it but the top spigot is too flimsy and if you bump it once too hard, it’ll rip the seal and then it won’t work anymore. That’s what happened to me.

Very easy to fix and operate.Bottles can be filled automatically 300 ml and 1 litre.No need to stand and stop.I am extremely satisfied with this product.

The nozzle comes out easily do be careful when transporting. I wish it came with a second rubber foot for the nozzle because it tears up fast since the nozzle comes out easily. Battery life is good and its very easy to use

I tested the product for a few minutes, and all was fine; then tried to use it and it stopped working. Later on I tried again and it worked for a few minutes, and then stopped pumping water. Since then all attempts are futile.The lights respond when the buttons are pressed, so it is not a power problem. also, I made sure to charge the battery overnight before the first use.I think they have a good design, but poor manufacturing quality assurance. for example, the label that shows where the buttons are to be pressed, was not aligned properly.
