Wanted to learn more about Silva”s teachings

I feel like there’s a lot of junk to read through to get to the point. I read through Jose Silva’s book, The mind control method, in 2 days, this book is a struggle. I asked my adult children to read the other book, this book I won’t. However, there are a few tidbits of advise, just frustrating getting through the junk.

One cd in box.the cd only talks about what to expect when you buy the program,it is just advertising 45 minutes long.I do not recommend it at all.

This is written by Silva's descendant, and while I appreciate the fact that he'd like to continue the Silva legacy, this book falls short.It's just another "think positive" book, but--in my opinion--it offers nothing new and very little of value.I wish the author well, but it's hard to follow in Jose's footsteps.
