The quality is brilliant. Great to use for my recipe and much easier than using stock cubes. Would admit a bit large for my use, however given how much my loved ones love my cooking, it will be a while before I run out of it.

Super versatile and delicious
I wouldn't cook without this in my kitchen. I add it to almost everything from water for cooking pasta and veggies to dry rubs and batters. It's even great for seasoning chips. If you use this with some garlic and onion powder to coat chicken breasts before air frying they come out crusty and well seasoned. I use it anywhere I'd add salt for an extra hit of umami. Totally essential.

Short BBE date
Received my order today so unable to comment on the actual taste. However this was purchased for long term use but the BBE is 07/2026. There is noway I am going to use this even half way in 6 mths.
