Fullan, without the burden of complicated jargon and theory, strategically outlines how school leaders can move their schools to be effective schools with the support of staff, systems and most importantly the students. A great read - highly recommended for any school leader wanting to create a better school.

I am giving this as part of a graduation gift for a new graduate in education who will be working as a principal. I was fortunate to find it as it is a newly written book and very up to date with current teaching standards. great find, thanks

This book has some useful ideas, but they are not as clear as the author says they will be by the end of the book. Although, it does make reference to other book which completment this one.

Very easy read and includes real life scenarios to ponder!

Excellent book for making a difference in any school. This book is an easy read with realistic information about leadership and building culture.

Some advice is good, but what works in Canada does not necessarily work in the U.S.

This is a great book with new insights on what it means to be a learning leader and the changing role of the principals in today's educational transformations.

One of the best guides. This is a great book and should be in all school principal libraries. Great to use as a book study for administrative teams.
