A good 15-30 minute massage with the heat on helps relax & soothe the muscles in my hands. I have carpal tunnel in both hands & tend to spend too much time on my phone or computer. Adding this to my night routine before bed helps relieve the pain & stiffness. The multifunctional system to customize the massage is amazing! I do wish there was a speed option for a faster massage but overall I would recommend to anyone who uses their hands frequently.

Hard to figure out the heating feature. Also not for large hands. It is light and easily portable and rechargable/cordless. The 5 Modes are amazing and you are able to adjust the amount of force all the way from comfort to a little deeper tissue. The finger massage is comforting when compressing. Good for arthritis. Comes with plastic gloves in case you use CBD lotion or pain creme when using. My wife loves it.

Good: - it do relax the hand - it has different programs that you can control through bluetooth with the APP or manually - it have 3 levels of intensity (levels of vibration, pressure to the hand is the same alike anything) - Good quality feeling - Rechargable Bad: - For small hands - Not washable (so we wash our hands before use and not using HOT option) - Massage is done by "vibrations" only, no roller or anything - It compress your hand HARD and if you have a fat hand.... it will not work for you, you will feel pain - Designed for Asian Hands (so use that as reference) - Expensive for what it does, but maybe is not a real issue?

Way too small, I have small hands and still very tight even on low setting was painful since hand had no room. Instruction pamphlet is a joke, app not much better. Don't want to have to use my phone every time I use the unit in order to set the mode and intensity. Never did get the heat to work. Returned

I've bought several hand massagers but this is my favorite. Most others only have one or two air bags or rollers, so there are few real options (though they claim that there are many because of slightly different modes). This one has air bags all around the hand which offers more control. For example, you can get it to only massage the fingers, palms, or wrists, using the Bluetooth app. I also like the Bluetooth app which lets you customize the massage in many different ways. As others have mentioned it is for small hands. They call it a "women hand massager" but it's actually a "small hand massager" for either gender.

I will be returning the device. The functions it has are nice and it is made very well but the size inside is really small. i have small hands for a man and the width of the opening and the width inside is way to small. My thumb gets jammed up against the side of the plastic. It causes more pain that it is relieving. Also the opening to stick your hand in is very small and hard to get my hand in. Not sure if this is meant for woman's hands only or not but BEWARE if you are a male and have even normal size hands.

1. App is required to use many functions. App wants you to sign in. Phone #, verification # and agree to terms. What verification #?? 2. You can sort of use the app without logging but not sure. It doesn't seem fully connected and it doesn't seem to correlate 3. Call their 800 number. Nothing but a busy tone. 4. Battery says 2/3 full forever then it does completely whike massaging.

I bought this hand massages for my husband who has arthritis in his finger. This massages every muscle in your hand especially the thumb area which is always sore from texting and playing games on his phone. It really works well and great size for our hands, easy to operate as well. Can be heat up and set the timer. Relives tensed muscles and hands. It has nice design and color. I used it 15-20 minutes twice a day morning and night. This definitely soothes the aches and pains from typing all day. I’m glad we purchased it!
