Ordered this to replace my broken phone, not repairable. This phone is in excellent condition. No scratches on screen or body. Beautiful colour, red product iPhone SE … my daughter bought me last one. Cannot fault this. Battery health is 100 percent. Obviously not an apple one but absolutely fine. Well worth the money. 👍thanks.

Excellent product (looks & performance) & great service by the seller. As usual easy to setup & get on like all iPhone. Works great as my little one is enjoying it. The best part was the service by the seller ... Made sure that it reached me in time for my angel's birthday.

I bought this phone for my partner, and almost immediately the batter was playing up. It does not indicate that the battery is low. It just shuts off completely without warning. It mentions that you may have a temporary issue with the phone so we left it thinking it would resolve itself as it stated, but it never did. Now the touchscreen is not working either. My partner mostly lives abroad, so I've we have pretty much suffered it, but my advice to anyone looking to buy from this seller is to avoid it at all costs. You might expect a few minor faults with a second hand phone but not on this level. We only bought it a few months ago.

So we wanted a red iPhone and ordered a red iPhone. Take a look at the photo of the red iPhone I received. It’s black. Sending a phone of the colour advertised ain’t rocket science, right? Over the past few months. I’ve ordered five ‘renewed’ iPhone SE2s to replace family XR and XS phones that won’t get the IOS 26 update. Getting a sent random colour instead of the advertised colour appears to be standard. The iPhone arrived with IOS18. It was the correct model (an SE 2nd gen 2020), the correct storage (getting sent a smaller storage than advertised happened with two phones) and all the bits worked. BUT it had an ‘unrecognised battery’ warning so had a third party replacement battery (again this appears standard, four of the five phones had this). Setting up the phone and it updated to iOS 26, but iOS 26.0 does the usual Apple trick of bricking some phones with third party batteries .. so (with the phone previously charged to 100% and on a charger) we get ba battery charging symbol and a 1% battery charge shown on the status bar, constant low battery popups warning battery is 10% (not 1%) and the phone constantly resetting because it thinks its battery is flat. Three of the four SEs with third party batteries are doing this. I’m currently hoping the iOS 26.0.1 patch fixes the battery bricking. Renewed, eh, it’s a lottery.

I don’t often the available time to write reviews but I was so pleasantly impressed with this purchase, I felt I had to. It was advertised as being in excellent condition and it definitely is, it is immaculate and works perfectly too. The battery health is 84%, which is fine for a renewed phone and it came with a charger block and cable - both new. I am very pleased with it. I bought it as a present and I know they will love it too.

Bought this for my teenager. Amazing storage size! No issues whatsoever.
