Interesting book about an unexciting foodstuff
The book is good, I'm not enamoured with tempeh! It looks unpleasant and is totally flavourless.I can't get excited by it and hence the book. Sorry

Very creative recipes and many of them!
This book is the Grandaddy or Granmommy of them all! The book had much useful information on tempeh and its qualities and how to make it at home as well as many creative and useful recipes. A good number are time consuming; however, there are also quite a few or so less time consuming and more simple ones. The author also explains how to cook tempeh in about 20 minutes in broth after defrosting it. Useful information is also given on how to properly store it in the freezer. A+

Very good book
I loved this book, its compact, but comes with lots of interesting receipes and ideas on how to produce your own tempeh at home.

Creating my own tempeh
I now understand tempeh and how it works. I haven't made any yet, but after reading this book, I am prepared to venture out and try it myself. I became vegan on January 1 and I'm now to the point that I feel comfortable enough with it that I want to cut costs by producing the products myself. This is an excellent book for anyone up to the challenge.
