It works and is reasonably comfortable, but a bit of a pain to put on and a real pain when you need t use the bathroom.Quality is again O.K. will not hold up to many washings. I wear it over underwear in order to minimize washings.

This is functional. It works for me. I've purchased several brands and of the ones I've worn, this is so far the best. I don't know how long it will last. If it continues wearing well, I'll change to five stars.update 4/15/16 The loop side fo the velcro disintergrated so it no longer stays connected. It was washed only a few times and never dry in dryer. Inferior quality. I will not purchase again

It is a good product, I recomended for persons who recently got surgery.
