I went to go and get my haircut at the Vietnamese barber like I have been doing for around 16 years. He usually knows that I'm okay with shaving my beard but not to trim the goatee. I let me beard go for awhile and it grew almost to the length of my goat. I watched the videos on YouTube and followed the instructions and to my amazement I started to see results. Some maybe reading this and thinking oh his beard is just growing back, but that is not the case. I have always had a patch on my chin under my lip that never has grown in and I would constantly have to trim the other side to make it even. Now after a week of using the kit I now have little tiny stubbles growing where the have never grown before. As my written testimony I can honestly say that this product is working for my and I will be continuously using it for the next year. Very well packaged kit in my opinion, the roller has a nice weight to it and doesn’t feel abundantly cheap, the matte finish grips and looks well. The soap smells great and I was extremely surprised how well it lathered and felt. My sole complaint so far is the serum pump does not pump, but easily enough I unscrewed the top to get some out. While I can’t report on effectiveness quite yet, the perceived value is there or would be if the pump worked. If it does as it says I will happily add a star but since part of the kit does not function I can’t foresee giving a 5th star. I will update on how well it works as well as if the company reaches out to correct the pump issue.
