A sophomoric attempt at best
I wanted very much to love this book, but it's a big disappointment. In its approximately 30 pages, every "chapter" reads like a high schooler's essay. There's nothing new in this book that can't already be found in articles and blogs online, and there are huge misstatements and misconceptions (i.e., CBD has not been researched because doctors are opposed to new studies). The language often reads as if English is not the author's native language. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this book.

A Waste of Time
I got this book for free, thank goodness. I knew it was short, but I just wanted advice on choosing a brand and type of CBD oil. I had bought what I found out was the wrong kind, the only time I bought it, and wanted to be better informed before buying more. I need another book now, because this book told me none of the info I was searching for. About all the info it shared was that CBD is legal, and is different from THC. I knew that already, but it told me anyway- over and over and over and over...you get the idea. To make matters worse, it repeatedly told me to make sure I was a well-informed shopper before selecting any CBD. I thought that was what the book was for...? It also was filled with typos and awkward, confusing sentences. I did get a laugh out of the time it said CBD oil might be a great "addiction" to your health program. Even though it is very short, it is time that should not be wasted on this pathetic excuse for a book.

CBD vs THC
This book was free, which was great. It is pretty basic though, and short. If you do not know anything about CBD oil, this book will be helpful, and it tells you some of the conditions the oils and creams and liquids can help. But there was not a lot of the more detailed info I was looking for. And a lot of what was said was redundant. Several points were repeated numerous times throughout the book. Like I said before, if you know nothing about CBD oil, this free book is a short read and helpful.

Industry shill
The writer is obviously writing on behalf of the industry. While it is correctly pointed out that much research is required to scientifically establish the benefits of the product, he takes many opportunities to crow loudly about its (unproven) benefits.

This is NOT the CBD info source you are looking for...
Worth exactly what I paid for it - nothing. There is no information in this pamphlet that doesn't come up in a 15 minute Google search, and it's every bit as credible as what you'd find on Facebook.

I know it worked
I rated this a five-star because I've been taking CBD now for almost 2 years and it works great I just didn't really know the facts behind it all I know is what people said about it but now I know the full truth of it great product works well now I like it even better

Do your research
Very informative. Need to be sure you are getting CBD , which is seldom in hemp oil or not in quantity to help.

You get what you pay for
A cursory look at CBD oil explaining what it is and how it's used. Probably a good introduction to the topic for someone totally new to this subject. I found a lot of the information repetitive with the same points unnecessarily restated multiple times. Most people will likely want to do further research before initiating regular CBD use.

Very interesting info, this should be common knowledge and ...
Very interesting info, this should be common knowledge and taught as such -I had been confused with THC and CBD for ages, and I think most people are, unless they look it up. If medical cannabis is ever to be used as a medicine in the regular "normal world", it's important that we spread this info, both to doctors and patients.

reads like a sales pitch
while the subject matter is generally useful, it reads overall like a thinly disguised sales lead let with quite a bit of repetition, citations of relavent scientific studies would make the book more convincing DO NOT buy the paperback edition

Useful-ish and shallow
There's lots of repetitions throughout this book and not that much content. It raises some valid points about the use of CBD but hardly talks about the dosage, different forms of CBD and how it's processed by our bodies. It gives no guidance what to look for when purchasing CBD. The most important truth, and one that author refers to constantly, about CBD seems to be its different qualities to the THC compound. I think there are more important qualities that I would definitely want to outline to readers considering use of CBD products than the reference to THC that isn't even present in CBD oils.

Read it in all of 15 minutes...drivel
Repetitive and dull...not that I expected to get on a "high" reading about this subject but it's written in a very amateur style. The repetitiveness was frustrating, almost like the author wanted to fill a minimum number of words to call this a "book." The entire "book" can be summarized into a 1 page leaflet. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this had to be done.

As basic as it gets
This book just repeats itself over and over in the most basic terms. I learned nothing new from this that I had not already gleaned from the internet. I want a much more focused scientific view on the cannibinoid system and how CBD effects this in the short, medium and long term at a cellular level. Also an idea of time and doseage required to cure Rheumatoid Arthritis for good,
