Hi there! We're so sorry you've been unable to remove our nail polish. We no longer make any nail polish remover, and we cannot recommend a specific brand. For the most effective results, please use an acetone or ethyl acetate based nail polish remover. Generally, a cotton ball or absorbent remover pad should be soaked in a small quantity of the nail polish remover and then pressed into contact with the nail polish color. It is important to allow sufficient time for the remover to soak into and soften the nail polish film so keep it in contact for 1-2 minutes. It should then be easier to remove. We hope this helps!
