Vintro Paint | Concrete Effect Paint | Dark Grey | 2.5L (Flint)

This concrete paint is impressiv! This is my second time purchasing it, and I’ll definitely buy it again. It applies smoothly, provides excellent coverage, and holds up well over time. The durability and finish make it a great choice for any concrete surface. Highly recommended!

Brilliant and gorgeous!

The paint worked well but had to apply two layers. One with roll and the other with a trowel and brush to leave some texture. The paint per si is very flat with no shadows but we applied the recommended wax and it gives a nice finish with a bit more shadow. Wax is very smelly but the smell goes away after a day or so. Highly recommend for an alternative to cement finishing.

Awful. Came out much darker, used several different methods and none looked remotely like concrete.

After having other concrete effect paints in the past, none actually gave the effect I was looking for and after doing a little research I found this. My first attempt was a little dubious but once I got the technique right it was easy to apply and gave the effect I'd been after for so long. I've used it on the walls and also a metal pendant light and both look exactly how I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Have used Vintro concrete effect before and liked. The Travertine colour is nothing like the pictures advertise, however. I expected a warm sand like colour but it was actually a light grey, so much so that I thought the wrong tin had been delivered. This is extremely expensive paint, so returned for a refund.

Apply correctly and the paint looks good

I purchased the lighter grey concrete effect paint and it was promising when applying as while it was drying you could see the concrete effect. However, once completely dry it just became a solid colour without any noticeable ‘concrete’ effect. Really nice grey colour but bit expense and disappointing when you’re hoping to get the concrete effect. I applied as suggested and watched videos on YouTube for tips but unfortunately didn’t make any difference to the final finish. The paint is a bit thicker than normal paint and harder to apply (like it doesn’t apply as smoothly) but you expect that with concrete type paint - that’s what I thought when I got it with it being a chalk paint. I would recommend if you are after a nice grey but not for concrete, maybe the darker colours work better for that effect.
