Favorite shorts, they're thick cotton material though
It runs hot so not really for the summer months IMHO but I also run hot. So take thay as you will.I like the size, very comfortable. Not too low or High. I wear them All the time. A little tight around the waist, I've had to loosen the straps a couple times. So maybe go a size up if you're thicker than I am. ~34 inch waist.

Good but not best for glass painting
Good for certain things, originally I got it to do glass paintings and it works well for the most part but because for glass painting you have to put paint on very thick to keep it from being see-through, it makes the paint crack quite a lot. I haven't used the paint for other things though, so assuming you put it on at a normal thickness I think it would work just fine.
