These cubes are super poor quality!!!!! They are not good for clones! The material is super dense and after you separate the cubes they fall apart. I tried a couple dozen and threw the rest away.

In not in love with these. They work, but they fall apart pretty easily. I’ve had several seeds rot in them, and they’ve also molded. I won’t buy them again because several were wasted. I much prefer the spongey ones instead.

These are great for starting any types of seeds. I’ve started lots of chili plants with them and just use plain water. I have not put them in the small holes. I just poured the seeds over the top and they grew excessively. They grow better in the sunlight. I just planted the whole thing into the ground and never broke them up.

I love using this product in my aquaponics setup. These make starting seeds so easy! I’ve purchased two sets already. I love that you can sometimes reuse them, especially in larger pots as a starter material over coco beads. I like the cleanliness of them- not like soils that can clog up a system.
