ハンドルの後側と、ハンドル側面に穴があり、そこにケーブルを通す格好となります。 バーエンドブレーキでブレーキワイヤをハンドル内に通す場合は何の問題もありませんが、24mm径に取り付けるハンドルの場合、ハンドルの側面に空いている穴を通してハンドル内にケーブルを入れたいと思ってましたが、ブレーキワイヤが硬すぎて、通らない上に、通ったとしてもハンドル内を曲げられません。シフトワイヤなら通せるかもしれませんが、どうにもこうにも使用することができませんでしたので、普通のドロップハンドルと同様にハンドルの底面にワイヤのアウターケーブルを這わせて運用しています。 日東などと比べると重く、使い心地も無骨です。こうなると高くてもカーボンハンドルが良かったかなと高望みしてしまいますがとりあえず、普通に様々使えて、エクスパンダーもつけようと思えばつけられますし、コケてもそう簡単には壊れないので通勤仕様に使う分には合格点かなと思います。
