We really wanted to purchase a new stand mixer and seemed that Kitchen Aid was the top name brand. However, that price for it just wasn't justifiable for our needs. After some research we landed on this one and decided to take a chance. We weren't disappointed! The 6.5 quart bowl and super fast 6 speeds as well as the motor details were the deciding factors in this purchase. We've primarily used it to whip up egg whites for making a special kind of bread and it performed perfectly! We are excited to use it for other tasks as well. This was an excellent alternative to the more expensive brand name product.

The mixer arrived in perfect condition along with all the accessories (dough hook, whisk head, mixing head, egg separator, spatula, mixing bowl, bowl cover).Beautiful candy red color and nice finish, no scratches.The mixing heads have a wonderful non-stick coating that makes it easy to release the dough.Right out of the box, I made Prosciutto Bread for the first time. The dough mixed perfectly and the machine ran strong even when loaded with the meat, about 3 pounds. It is a very heavy mixture and the machine ran strong and relatively quiet.It has 6 speeds and a pulse function. Really easy to setup and use.I also made chocolate chip cookies and it mixed in the chocolate morsels very well.I used the egg separator while making crème brûlée, because I’m terrible at separating eggs by hand. This tool simplified the process and enabled me to successfully separate the yolks I needed for the recipe.I included a few pictures of the machine and the bead. I should have taken more pictures of the dough on the hook, which slid off the hook easily.Next, I’m going to make butter for the first time. This machine is opening up another world for me.I’m very happy. I have no complaints, it was a very satisfying purchase. I always wanted a mixer like this but couldn’t justify the expense. This kit is justifiably priced.I am now the chef of the future!

I had a hard time getting the splatter guard in place. Dry cake flour was detected when I started pouring the batter..Got any suggestions? The color is my favorite. Speed did not seem a problem. A little different from what I am use to. So far the quality has Been I made the purchase for my cabin in the UP of Michigan and this year I had an emergency to return to NC. Cleaning was not a problem.

My wife loves to have it for bread making. It's the right color for her. It is not that heavy for her to move around. The mixer is quiet compared to our 15 year-old Kitchenaid mixer. Let's see how the quality goes since we just got it a few weeks ago.

I have wanted a stand mixer for a VERY long time!This one is Amazon’s choice; to me this means I’m gonna get more bang for my buck!The first day I used my stand mixer, I made Oreo Cookies and Cream Ice Cream and a batch of Snickerdoodles cookies.I struggle with two shoulders that have had surgery in the last three years. This mixer does the work for me!I’m worth EVERY PENNY I spent because this tool is a wonderful way of adapting my passion with the help it gives me!

This mixer performs very well at a third the cost of those expensive Kitchen Aid mixers. I have made bread and cookies and they both came out amazing. I highly recommend this mixer.

I am quite impressed with this mixer. i have it now for a few weeks and it handles what ever i want to do with it. I have made cakes, cookies, scrambled eggs, whipped cream, butter and so on. I would recommend this mixer any day.

Je viens de recevoir le batteur sur pied. Le colis est livré dans les délais donné. Il est emballé de façon sécuritaire. À titre de premier essai, j'ai fait mon fabuleux et délicieux gâteau blanc. Le batteur fonctionne très bien et mélange les ingrédients comme il se doit. Se n'est pas la plus haute gamme mais pour se que j'ai à faire, il va faire la job. Pâtisserie - pain - biscuits. Le seul bémol que j'y donne, le manuel d'instruction est en anglais seulement et impossible de le trouver sur Internet.
