Wonderful adjustable bed frame
We've had this adjustable bed frame for just over one now. Still love it. Great massage feature. I use the underbed lights whenever looking for something. Motors are very smooth.Infinite adjustment positionsReally helps to support my bad back. Great at relieving back pain.I totally recommend this product

VERY HEAVY BUT STURDY
I cannot stress it enough when I say that this Bed Frame is very heavy which at the same time makes it very sturdy in my opinion.I innocently ordered it for my master bedroom on the second floor of our home and inmediatelly regreted my decision when I went to retrieve the package from my front porch.It felt like gravity was teaching me a lesson. The box would not budge. I am 6 foot 260 lbs of brute testosterone but never have I struggled so much with a package as I did with this one.With a lot of applied physics, some towels, my pure muscles and the assistance of my 5'-2" wife, lol, I managed to take this box to the second floor of our home and set it up. It took about 90 minutes to haul it from porch to bedroom and 30 minutes to set it up.It works just as described. We even have an 11 year old memory foam mattress that is 12 inches thick and the vibration is felt nicely.I am very glad that there were no issues at all with the bed frame because if I had to return it I would have had a Heart Attack.Definatelly recommend it but make sure you have 2 strong people to haul this thing around or you will die trying.

I’m in love with it. I’ve been use it for 4 months nowAnd I don’t think that I can live without itI suffer from herniated discMy neck and my lower backBut when I got this adjustable bed With a plush mattress I feel a lot betterSpecially, when I put it on zero gravity modeI promise zero pain

Much less expensive than Purple or Sleep number!
The Frame itself seems to be pretty well made, and assembly took about ten minutes. It seems to work pretty well, I am very pleased with it so far.What I am not pleased about is that when I was researching this frame, in the specifications, under "country of origin" it said USA. however the box it came in and the frame itself is marked "made in China". The next thing I'm not happy about, is that when I ordered it, I was asked to choose a delivery date, my earliest option was April 10th between 8am and 8pm. I chose that, also in the information about shipping, it was stated to inspect the bed before letting the delivery person leave, I also got the impression that they would set it up. However a day or two after I ordered it, I received a phone call from the shipper, wanting to set up a delivery date. My options were April 8th between noon and 6pm, with a phone call when they were 30 minutes away, or two weeks later. I chose the first available, I took off of work at 12:30, at nearly 5pm I had a knock at the door, no phone call 30 minutes out, and the driver was by himself. Hey got up up onto the porch, and helped me get it to my bedroom, then asked for a signature, and then he was gone!!

Adjustable bed frame
Very hard if impossible to get in contact with Customer service. Can not figure out how to unlock the remote and am not able to use all of the settings on the remote. Any ideas??? Other than that the massager in the bed started making horrible noises to the point that you can not even use it. Again no customer service is around. I feel that this bed is well I can't say on here. Should have gotten a name brand for about the same price. Just JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!!!!!!! People who left great reviews will find out just how horrible this bed is and Again no customer service.

Buyers beware - customer service nonexistant
I don't usually write reviews, but this one was frustrating enough I felt it was worth the time to do so. We searched around for an adjustable bedframe on Amazon and eventually chose this one. Shipping was prompt. Delivery was exactly as described. This thing was heavy - but we knew it would be for a king sized bed. It takes at least two people to set this thing up correctly.We opened the box and followed the setup instructions 100% exactly as described. Once assembled and in place, we plugged it in and tried out the features with no mattress on it - just the base itself. All features worked, it raised and lowered the head and feet, massage, lights, etc. All was well, so we put our brand new memory foam mattress on (ordered separately and not part of this review) and tried it out again. It raised the head up one time, and literally never worked again. We checked wiring, we checked for obstructions, we checked everything that could possibly be wrong - the only thing wrong was the motor was bad after a single use. For the record, we are not large people and we were not even laying on the mattress when we raised it - it was JUST the mattress, and the motor went out. All other features continued to work, but no head adjustment - the primary reason we got it, was an obvious dealbreaker.So we contacted the manufacturer via email. And phone. And email again. And phone about a hundred more times. The phone number goes directly to a voice mailbox for an individual, and has no indication it is even for a company called Nestl. After a week or more, they replied to one of my emails and told me the child lock was probably all that was wrong. Never mind the fact that all other features worked. I checked (again) - big surprise, not the child lock. It was insulting to me that their only solution was something as simple as that, but I immediately replied back and explained that did not fix anything. Several more phone calls and emails have gone completely unanswered. It has been 3 weeks or so since the purchase and not one meaningful bit of help. I was approaching the month deadline to return through Amazon, so I made the choice to just return, and Amazon handled the return perfectly...but they should not have to be responsible when it was clearly not their fault this thing failed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe if you get lucky, it will work fine, but their customer support is non-existent and they should not be allowed to sell a defective product and then not offer any support whatsoever. Buyer beware on Nestl products.
