Great for cat trees
I bought these to install on a cat tree. I have a cat tower that goes floor to ceiling- basically an 8ft scratching post with various carpeted platforms along the way. It was a pain to install and stabilize but my cats love it. The plush carpet that was on the platforms have worn out, shed, and are barren in spots. I wanted something to install to replace the original without dismantling the entire thing. I needed small manageable amounts of carpet with a coarse weave that kitties would like and would stand up to their nails. This stuff was PERFECT. I measured, cut and laid it on top of previous carpeting (lazy, but hey, it worked!) And even layered it on top of itself when I needed a larger piece. It was easy, affordable, adhered (amazingly), and took me under 45 minutes to install. Is it the BEST carpet? Nah. Would it feel good for me to walk on? Probably not. But my kitties love it and for my purpose worked beautifully. Plus, I have extra tiles for when these wear out or to use in other favorite cat hideouts. For the cost, this worked exceptionally well for my needs. If you've got cats, try this. It offers an inexpensive option that they may prefer to your furniture or expensive carpet. It's worth a shot!

Not like the pic
This absolutely does not look like the pic unless.you are far away from it. But I'll give it five stars anyway, because it sticks really well, and is easy to cut and was extremely easy to put down. I only needed it for a landing in my hallway so I'm not too disappointed about the appearance, I'll just throw a rug over it. I figured out that it not that it doesn't look like the picture, you have to be far away and the place I put it is small and up close.

Burgundy color is inconsistent, check sizing before you put them down.
Despite the title I really like these tiles. The adhesive is good, the feel and thickness is good for the price, and I'm happy with how they look and are holding up (light use). They will shed quite a bit during the first vacuum, and I'd recommend using a light duty stick vac on them rather than a full size vac with an aggressive brush. If you have to use a full size vac maybe set it to hard floor mode. I did a checkerboard pattern with burgundy and gray, and have made a few different purchases adding more tiles to do more floorspace than I originally planned, because I was so happy with how they worked out. The problem is they are shipping from different places (same order) and I've received at least one or two packs of burgundy that were significantly lighter than the others. I'm just using them in a basement so I don't care, but it's 100% noticeable if you look for it. So if you care, order all you need and take a good hard look at them before you start sticking them down. The gray ones haven't had this issue, only the burgundy. Last note, while you are checking the colors, set them on their edges on a flat table, and check for size. Because of the ridge texture, I ended up with a couple that were precisely one ridge wider than all the others, and you definitely want to catch that before you start a row with those odd lengths mixed in. They have a ridged texture to them running one way, if you go with a checkerboard pattern then orient the colors opposite, it looks better. Despite those few hassles, I'm really happy with them in the end. But it would have made things go a lot smoother checking those things before starting.

Good cheap squares
I bought these to cover shelves I got from Lowe's for my cats. I even covered the front edge of the board that's about 3/8". The edge started to unpeel a small amount over night. I took a rolling pin to it and has stayed ever since. I like how peelable these squares are. They to could be removed with minor residue. They do shed fiber quite a bit, still after two vacuumings. Purrfect for my application.

Not great
Much darker color than shown online. And frays and sheds when cut. Mediocre quality, even for a utility room.

Easy to apply
The texture of this carpet got my attention, and also the color. It turned out beautiful, and was very easy to install.

Do not waste your time
I bought two different colors to redo a floor of mine. I thought they were the same brand but we’re not. They were from two different vendors as well. The grey carpet squares were 6 dollars cheaper and far superior to the blue squares. The blue carpet arrived in bags instead of boxes like the grey, they were not square and so it made laying the floor difficult. We used carpet glue in addition to the adhesion on the back. The blue tiles had horrible glue on the back when the paper was peeled. After the carpet was layer down we have noticed that it is producing enormous amounts of lint. Had I known the blue tiles were like this I would have ordered the grey. It was cheaper and way better quality. A refund for the 19 boxes at almost 19 dollars a box of crap I bought would be really nice. I rarely complain about things I buy, however this was a chunk of money, time and a huge disappointment.

Good for a DIY job, but they shed
I needed to carpet the outside of a locker box I made and these things fit the bill. They were plenty sticky enough to adhere to plywood, the backing peeled off easy enough. One complaint would be that they shed a lot. I took a medium stiffness, bristle brush and brushed the heck out of these things. Decent value for the money, decent quality for how much you’re gonna pay for them all at all not bad for small jobs.

Although they look good the adhesion is not good
