I have bought many insoles over the years. They have a gluey back to make them stay in place. But they wear out SO QUICKLY, it makes them very expensive to use. Very happy with the product, i bought a size larger on purpose so I could later cut it if it was a size bigger. It was but it’s easily cutable and adjustable. Very happy with the color I chose. It’s not thick at all and a a little thin. The soles also have a sticky side to the sole so you can stick it on the shoe but if you want the sole permanent then just buy super glue.
