Quick, easy, and plenty of instructions. Fantastic
Those complaining that this is difficult to setup or doesn't work well/instructions not clear have evidently never tried to use a competitors thermal printer that allows Bluetooth connection. They're usually without any instructions, seldom come with drivers to even connect with USB, though this is improving with USB drives being included now. But Bluetooth and apps? Usually it involves going on shady websites in Chinese only and circumventing security to even install their app (which is never named something easy). This works fantastically, and the app is supported and works on both Android and iPhone (I have tested and used both). My mother who is on her 60s and never used smartphones prior to about 4 years ago can use this app and printer brilliantly despite her never having printed anything herself before! Is the process a little finicky on iPhone? Yes, unfortunately, but that's down to Apple and the locked down nature of iOS. It's a breeze though to either go to the webpage to "print" label for, say, Amazon return and you just tap and hold on the label itself and can save as an image to your app library. If it's another service and not formatted as an image and you only have a PDF copy, then it's easier to just screenshot it and print that image than messing sending yourself WhatsApp messages etc.--------UPDATE - (this isn't actually necessary as the FBA print app actually can import the pdfs if you ensure you save them locally on the iPhone and in the correct folder).--------Android works pretty much flawlessly.I was hesitant to get this to begin with not being an all in one unit that fits a roll. I'm so glad I got this though, and it's that good that I believe I might just get another for myself at home, despite already having a competitor's thermal printer. It's that good. The manual and instructions are extremely clear and the best I've seen out of the dozen or so different manufacturers I've used for thermal printers, and the print quality, despite still being 203, is far superior to the thermal printer I settled on back home for myself, despite it supposedly being the same resolution. This is far better and more flexible than the (very popular) main thermal printer sold on Amazon that only offers USB. You'd be surprised how much you will use it being wirelessly connected. Being able to have it standalone elsewhere instead of always connected to a computer to print makes a world of difference for both online shoppers who return many items, or those who are also sellers themselves through various online platforms (like myself).--------UPDATE - the FBA print app has been sunsetted and instead you're advised to download "Shipping Printer" instead, the usability and features of this app are actually better than the bespoke original app! It works flawlessly. I've had a couple of instances of duff prints or a hazy print, but this was promptly resolved by cleaning any dust and other debris from the inside of the thermal head with some 99.9% Isopropyl alcohol and realigning the roll again. Still going strong after over 18 months. Absolutely getting one to replace the competitor unit I have at home.--------Get this one. You won't regret it 🎉🤌🏻👍🏻

Excellent and robust!
Had this for a few months now and it’s perfect for printing labels and we use it for vinted and eBay. It was easy to set up. Would highly recommend.

Very good printer - works on Linux
There are a couple of good online videos about setting this up with Windows. It's best to use the Seagull drivers. However, shortly after buying the printer, I switched to Linux. I'm using Mint which is based on Ubuntu. One of the printed manuals states that it doesn't work with Linux. I'm pleased to report that it does. The system detected the printer when I plugged in the USB cable. It asks for a .ppd file during the setup. You need to go to Beeprt's website. On the download page there's a download titled "[Linux] Beeprt-driver-ubuntu" which downloads a .gz package called Beeprt-driver-ubuntu_x86_64_v1.3. Unpack that and you'll find the .ppd file. After installing the printer you also need to install a program (also in the download package) called rastertolabelbeeprt - look for the install script. Run that in a terminal - the script is interactive so it lets you choose options as it runs. The printer then works fine. The download package seems focused on Ubuntu. You may need to do a bit more work if you're using another flavour of Linux. The printer is surprisingly good and fast. I think getting a Bluetooth connection to work from Linux may be asking a lot, but the USB was easier than some Windows printers I've installed. I'm impressed how easy it is to print my postage labels now. I can't think of any improvements and I'm happy with everything, so 5 stars from me.

Easy enough to use and prints really fast
This printer is easy enough to use on my iPhone or MacBook. For iPhone you just download the app and then when you need to print you select it from the Bluetooth list within the app, it connects and then you just click print. And the connection range is really good too, I can print from upstairs at the other side of the house from the printer without issue. For MacBook just plug in the USB that comes with it and follow the one time install instructions. then whenever you need to print just plug the USB cable in from the printer and press print. The print quality itself is OK. It's black (although could be darker) but has some slight imperfections within the print. These were noticeable from day one, but haven't been an issue for the label scanners so its fine. I would not recommend cleaning the print head with acetone like they suggest as this slowly burns away the coating on the print head and that is the most expensive part of a thermal printer.Otherwise, a great little printer for its price point.

Does not work with iphone
Honest to god I have spent forever trying to work this out. It doesn’t work. I’ve emailed them and they have no useful info either. There’s a basic app to type an address but what’s the point in that. Off to the charity shop it goes !!

Fantastic printer and paid for itself with the money now saved printing online postage labels.
Fantastic thermal printer which has already paid for itself in the money I've saved on now being able to pay/print postage labels online and with the added bonus of no printer ink costs being a thermal printer. The app is great and so easy to use.

Really happy with this printer
This thermal label printer is great and so much easier than having to load up my big old bulky printer. I did worry that it wouldn't work with my iPad but it's actually easy to do. I was printing my labels within 10 minutes of it arriving. Also a bonus is the label holder that comes in the box with it meaning you don't have to buy that bit separate.
