The device may be good, but there is no way to get the invoice abroad (Germany). The seller does not issue an invoice. I therefore advise against buying it!

excellent product with easy to configure

This type of equipment is not for really for residential usage, although the tenacious tinker among us will probably find a way to successfully configure it and understand it's considerable capabilities as a wireless access point. For business/commercial usage, you will find nothing better. It is very important that you register this device with Fortinet as soon as you get it. Make sure this done immediately after purchasing and receiving the device, so that you can get the latest firmware loaded and determine if it's of type "lemon". Although rare with Fortinet equipment, even the best equipment can be delivered with a defect from the factory, and although it's rare with these particular devices, it is always a remote possibility. Note that after the 90 day of default warranty coverage, this equipment can be covered with a 1 or more year warranty (basically for SA and continuation of lemon-aid purposes). These WAP units are well built and very capable. Fortinet also offers an awesome cloud management system which will ease configuration of the device for use with your firewall. It can also be used with FortiGate firewall integrated wireless controllers, for local management. What's not to like...?

We have been troubleshooting and trying to get the AP to work. Have just decided something is wrong with it.

Simple setup though my FWF-61E Good range, no issues after a year of use
