The product came in very good condition, excited to use it as I am still waiting for my breastmilk leak/colostrum at 37weeks.

These are great and make the collection so much simpler. You can just squeeze the empty tube one and and it will suck up the colostrum drops through the nozzle. Much easier than other syringes (which require two hands to operate) and already sterilised so you can just open the packed and use straight away. Having collected colostrum ended up being really valuable for me in the hospital and helped start my son off well with feeding, so worth doing if you can.

Heard about these Haakaa colostrum collectors from a friend that had collected for her baby and I’m so glad I gave them a try! When I first started collecting colostrum I would only get a few drops. It was super easy to use the syringe top and it would suck up any drops. What’s great about this is you can either pop the off the top and collect that way or use the syringe part so there are different ways you can collect. The design is very well thought out. I was collecting early enough that I had to freeze it and there were no problems. It was big enough to fit what I had collected but not too big to where there was a bunch of empty space. Put it in a cooler when I went to the hospital and my baby ate from it perfectly. Would definitely recommend this to mamas who are interested in collecting or wanting to be prepared for when your baby is born.
