I like the product nut I see the price has gone down.

I am an IT Analyst and I work from home. This hub is necessary for me as I use multiple monitors and laptops regularly. I purchased it 9 months ago unfortunately it started failing after ~5 months. The USB ports do not function properly. The keyboard stops responding and the mouse freezes and will not move. I have multiple wireless keyboards and mice, and this happens with all of them. This makes work most frustrating. My personal laptop only has one USB port, so I must choose which device works, the mouse or the keyboard as I have to plug in the device directly to it. I am now researching hubs to find a well-functioning replacement. I certainly will not be purchasing a KEYMOX.

Easy to use and hookup my monitors for home office..much smaller than I anticipated which was nice.

I have been using one of these daily for almost a year connected to two external monitors using HDMI connections, a web cam, keyboard and mouse, a wired internet 1Gbps connection, and even powering a circular LED light for videoconferencing.My work PC is a Dell Precision (Win 10 Enterprise) and my personal PC is a Gigabyte Aorus (Win 11 Pro). Both work fine *after* installing some drivers. Especially the Realtek Gigabyte driver. Before that, I experienced flaky connections and internet drops during video calls. With the proper drivers this is a solid docking station. I took one star off because of that. It would be very simple to list the chips inside so that users experiencing issues could easily troubleshoot.As a preventative measure, I installed a ferrite core on the connection to the laptops. I don't know if that makes a difference, but a have enjoyed solid connections all around this past year. I would suggest doing the same. Cores are inexpensive and extend the life of your components.

Don’t sweat it. It operates just like it says it does. Perfectly!

This was necessary for our laptop(s) to connect using HDMI, etc. However this item overheated and the HDMI stopped working, the internet port stopped. This items appears good but not of great value.

Works good with an HP Elite laptop and 3 monitors

My old USB C hub stopped charging my laptop so I bought this one used from Amazon. I tested it for few hours and here is my test result.1. material felt durable.2. usb c cable is short about 7.5 inch long.3. it charges my laptop fine after plug in my 100w usb c charger.4. ethernet port delivered the same speed as my internet plan.5. both HDMI ports work for my dual 1080p monitors.6. USB 2.0 works initially when I connected my mouse and keyboard but became unstable after 30 minutes.7. USB 3.0 works by itself but USB 2.0 stopped working when USB 3.0 is in use.I really need these USB ports working properly so I decided to return the product despite the cheap price.

Worth having this if you are working from home. I have now 3 screens. I connected it to my work laptop and the two hdmi from monitor to this device and voilà I have now 3 screens to play with. It made my life so easy. I wish I had bought this two years ago when we started working from home

This was a great device in the beginning and I was using it sparingly. But now after regular use of about 2 months, Both HDMI ports have stopped working. Complete garbage and waste of money!!

Small in size, easy to connect.

Do not recommend.I bought the product because it had 2 HDMI ports.After just over 3 months the HDMI ports stopped working so i do not recommend. Quality is poor.

At least two ports stop working, and internet connection frequently has problem. It becomes garbage after 4 months usage
