Mr. Pen - 0.7mm Mechanical Pencil with Case, Metal Drawing Pencils

We have all bought items and saw some sort of warranty and just kinda blew it off. I've ignored everything from rebate cards to free meals. Around the one-year anniversary of my pencil, something happened. The pencil rolled off my desk mid-project and burst into a bunch of pieces. I was like "crap!" because let me tell you this is my favorite pencil and my first go-to when I need to get things done! I love this pencil, I keep it in a case in my bag for its safety, I baby it, I only sparingly use the eraser, it's a fantastic mechanical pencil. Not thinking much of it I remembered it had some sort of warranty. I went to my order page, found the pencil and with 2 easy clicks was in touch with Mr. Pen customer service. I wrote a couple of lines about how it broke and asked if there was any replacement plan for this because admittedly I'm at about a year. If they had called it my fault I was ready to buy a new one (and probably still will after this) but hey, let's give it a shot. That was on a Wednesday. On Thursday they emailed saying they could definitely help me out and could I confirm my order number and shipping info. On Friday, my new (full) pencil set arrived. Long live Mr. Pen(cil) they have a customer for life in me! There are very few things that come through as advertised nowadays but they were awesome.

Pure junk! It was apart in the plastic box. Took it out, tried to put it together and the bottom part came flying off. Put that back on, pushed down the top part and it got jammed. Had to push the lead sleeve in to release the top part. After that, all the lead fell out. Went into the trash. I would definitely pass on this one!!!

I like the heaviness and great quality of thos pencil. It's nice that lead and erasers are included. The fine lead writes nice too.

This pencil arrived quickly and exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect it to be weighted. It feels good in my hand and it also doesn't feel cheep. If I had to write what I didn't like, it's a stretch, but I wasn't a fan of the lead. It felt hard... But it IS listed as an HB. I have a heavy hand when I write, so it's probably for the best, but I rarely get less than a .7 for that very reason. Very happy with my purchase!

Good material and strong, arrived on time

This mechanical pencil understands me. The pencil is easy to hold, doesn’t smear, and fits perfectly in my hand. What I love the most about this pencil is the product setup - it truly focuses on the users experience. I’ve purchased numerous mechanical pencils in past only to lose the pencil, the extra erasers, or led. This product makes it harder for me to lose any pieces because each one has a home inside the case. I love this product and will purchase more - especially for my children with special needs.

The inside of the pen keeps falling out - - it came like that. Very poor quality! I am returning and will not be purchasing from Mr Pen.
